guys, i have a question

the right front wheel hit a path hole real hard until the type puncture and stock rim spoilt. i sent to the workshop to repair and they quote about RM900 for one tyre+rim, "car leg", the bonet bend a bit and probably to fix the absorber as well. does that sound about right for this more than 10+ years car?

steel rim? maybe RM50-80
tyre? maybe RM150-180
absorber? kyb brand about RM150
car leg/lower arm -> RM150 ori

no idea whether RM900 is fair price as so many items/work involved. survey a bit more and see.

the car is already in the workshop and i am going to pick up later or tomorrow. just shocked that is not cheap just to fix the old car sad.gif

I guess RM700 is the maximum to fix all the mentioned stuff?

Any mis-alignment of chassis due to the impact?

never been told but if it does then the price is about right?

Well I fixed my iswara for around 8k, when market value maybe 3 to 5k (insurance want to total loss or for 3k +lol)

So eh,  pricing very normal. However you need to give us a complete breakdown of pricing /labor /parts etc
Else there's no way we can advise you accurately

I just want to get the estimate as I haven't been told what have been fixed. I am going to collect the car tomorrow and try hard to nego with the workshop.
