QUOTE(gemini sharti @ Jun 8 2014, 12:43 AM) I believe you are referring to the bumper moulding. That's a cheap part which can be bought at spare parts shop. I recently bought a roll for just the back bumper. Cost me RM15. Thankiu for ur reply..yeaaa..thats the strip ..where did u get it? And ya, saw ur recent post on the weather strip.. QUOTE(AzeL @ Jun 8 2014, 09:16 AM) I had mine changed in 2012, I let the accessory shop do it since I was installing tint at the time, the boot absorber I bought myself at a spare part shop. As far as I know no welding required since I look at the screw area no signs of welds, just screwed in. I'll post up some pictures later of mine. Maybe you were given a wrong set? Heyyy..thx thx... Ok .. Any tips on hw to remove the bumper..first time gona try.. Or is it smtg very easy that i can figure out when i look at it? Other than the two clips on the sides that u slide in, how many clips at the front ? Sorry ask too much ..abit noob woo.No need new bumper clip, like my problem last time, the tempat sangkut lari already. Just need to remove bumper and put it back in (have to slot it in, may need some elbow grease but it's not too hard). |

QUOTE(gemini sharti @ Jun 9 2014, 03:06 AM) Most spare parts shop got sell it. Bought the weather strip at a spare parts shop too. I bought the driver side for RM25 & boot wan for RM38, Malaysian made. If whole car means RM150 to RM180 depends on quality. Can DIY, just remove the plastic trims near the weather strip. Remove the old wan, just pull it. Then put the new wan, no glue required. But after I install the new weatherstrip, I find it difficult to close the door. Maybe hv to wait for few days. Whoaaa..i see i see thx! Ya.. Mayb have to let the fella season dulu... But i have a strong feeling the absence of the hole maybe causing ur problem... Thus hard to close (angin inside the rubber bounces the door back cause hard to compress and got no where to escape) and pop to open ( cause the angin inside compress giler d so bila u bukak pintu je the door bounces away) what say u?
