Just got my siberia v3 headset yesterday and I like it so much, pretty comfortable and good quality! Btw, I just check on the official website, there's not any software support for my headset? So, no need to download any software, just plug it and use?

Missed Microsoft intelli mouse and im happily purchased Rival almost same design .

this is my 3rd mouse now the last mouse was using Sensei raw now put in my office work .

Bought my steelseries siberia v3 for 1 week and now the headband part have some elastic problem, send back for RMA and it takes 3 week to 6 week time. Sigh, pretty disappointment with the quality.

Bad luck for me   By the way, may I know the price for the SteelSeries 3HV2, still can get it from market? I cant search the product information from the official website.

Haha, one of the reason I select 3hv2 is because it's size. Easy to carry when travel, what special care is needed? I am quite gentle user, is it suitable for me?

I am having a hard time deciding between Steelseries Siberia V2, V3 and Prism, as most said the difference between the V2 and the V3 is not huge. There's a Ramadhan promotion for the V3 Prism too, which makes it's price even lower and same with the V2, but because it is using USB connector so I am having some doubts. Also, my laptop only has a combo jack and I think V3 suits it the best since it also has only a 3.5mm jack and not the usual dual headset and mic jack. I need some suggestions here. Please do help me decide this !

Yes there's big deflect on old batch of rival's side rubber materials and it's pretty common issue on this mouse, 3 montgs ago S's release a new batch of rival with fixed rubber by changing the formula of rubber so it will not dissolve over time.

So if i bought the Rival mouse previously which having side rubber dissolve issue will SS honor the warranty to fix it?

I just check the invoice i think was too late, i bought the mouse last year June, the warranty just over if not mistaken only 1 year 

Update: I have create an RMA ticket in Steelseries website, basically SS CS has approved my RMA but i need to send back the mouse to thier HQ in Denmark

planning to get a headset...researched online regarding of siberia V3...but quite a number of people say v2 is better..hmmm

just curious, why some of the online re-seller are able to sell much cheaper mousepads than others ? Some are selling RM69 , cheapers ones are RM39 (QCK+). Mind you this is the online re-sellers which I am referring to on the NationTech website.
