If this project over 900 psf , personally think it is not a good buy anymore.
Subsale market of camellia some at 800-860psf only. Southview with 1 200 units density, no matter how lauzy its design , sure will cause oversupply here cheers! |

How come they cut and paste Menara TM view wrongly. That view is looking from Bangsar side, ie the other side view.
