when i drive past bangsar south, kl gateway is the nearest to the universiti lrt being connected to it via an upcoming aircond bridge, next closest to the universiti lrt will b southview which is adjacent to kl gateway and the furthest fr the universiti lrt will be novum which is adjacent to southview. is my observation correct?

Yes, Novum is the furthest away from university lrt station among 3 this 3 project, but it's just maybe 100m-150m further then southview only.
