a64 s754? those are 70mm la dude...not 60mm.
how i know is that i bought a 60-80mm converter once and i couldnt use it coz the fan is bigger than 60mm. took a ruler and measured it at 70mm. and tough luck...70mms arent easy to find  best u can do is try running the fan at 7v to run it slower so less noise... although im not sure how itll affect the temps... lapping the heatsink might also give u better results |

best u confirm urself the size of the fan bro.... just take a ruler and measure one side of the fan.
