Legacy users have been speed capped as I just live chat. My previous speed could reach up to 20mbps but now

everyone pls stay low on ur capped speed. It's still reasonable to have 7mbps which u still can stream youtube HD video smoothly

Hong Kong has the highest average internet download speed. Singapore 3rd not bad.
