I look at the layouts and keep thinking they could hv done better. Easily can incorporate dual key... What a waste

Is Riana South have market to attract UCSI student to stay?

Surrounding already have Angkasa Condominium & Altitude 236 , will the condominium supply over the demand for rental market?

What is the average RM/sqft for apartment & condominium in Cheras?

I would say not easy. As you said, there are some options nearby and further in Alam Damai. I dont think their student population is that big yet unlike UTAR in Sg Long for example. And furthermore, lots of pak hitam from the college and many staying in Angkasa and Puncak Banyan.

Been to d sales gallery office. Show unit not ready yet. Price from 561k before 10% rebate. Collecting cheque n giving queue number. Leasehold. Total unit 5xx units.
2 blocks just next to new UCSI faculty. Also have a link bridge from this new faculty to the other side of UCSI.
Maintenance fee 30cents. Official launch / choose unit in d next few months.
Dunno it is good buy or not but i think this is real walkable to d UCSI n it is convenient for students. Been looking for condo right next to university.
D main concern r if renting out to PH, might/might not affect d subsale price n whether d rental can cover d installement or not.

If manyak units rent to ph 100% sure jialat. U can rent a unit nearby in puncak banyan to observe n check it out.

Might as well UCSI buy over this land for campus usage, else i don't think the sales will be good with upcoming SUKE highway

What is the drawback of having SUKE highway there? i thought it will be increased the connectivity and ease the traffic, not correct?

SUKE will be further away compared to altitude 236, thus should be much better than altitude 236. they are selling from 499k onwards, with 3 rooms 2 bathroom, every unit come with 2 parkings. layouts as in the link--->

opposite UCSI..will it be too 'zap'? most ppl will buy for investing i guess so many student will be the resident? then students invite student friend go in..use those facility while you're paying for it..worth?

Another big drawback on this and altitude 236 is having one and only one entrance. If this road jam for whatever reason, gg.
