On another point, there were few groups of asset management helping the investors to rent out the rooms/units. To my understanding, there are two types : (a) revenue sharing (b) standard model whereby investors will get the revenue only when his/her units/rooms are rented out. Please help share your views on (a) or (b) is a better approach in current market. TQ.
