My concerns (for ownstay) 1) for 1464unit: It's good to stretch the balcony from living to masterbed room, but this make the living hall window quite small, and it's not Ceiling to floor sliding windows. Half of it is wall. 2) Dont like the Laundry at balcony (they put it there as no space/yard in their kitchen concept. 3) If you did visit the show unit, you can see their balcony grill looks pretty ugly (grey in color), and confirmed with SA, theres another small balcony space built to store the AC LEDGE. which means from outside you can the AC next to every balcony of the building. Though it well covered just like the balcony, but stil kinda obvious. 4) Block A, those clubhouse nice facing views are all West facing. (if you care) 5) swimming pool at Block B, block C one is wading pool. 6) Carparks - If you get largest unit/most expensive unit, u might get higher chance to have side by side carpark, OR Front&Back carpark without blocking. 7) Commercial/Retail lots next to the entrance of Jadehills, SA told me gamuda yet to confirm what kind of commercials they gonna build. MALL is yet to confirmed. Anyhow, I do like their Unit plan, where all the 3 rooms slightly spacious than CT one, really good for small-medium family =D but one is 1464 another is 1269. our balcony already ard 95sf (6000mm) and jadite is 4000mm. Thanks for their friendly SA, fetch me to visit the Jadehills, kinda impressed with the environment, very clean, serene, spacious road, a quiet place with parks. fall in love at the first place, and Kinda interested with their 2Sty link house costs around 900k - 1Mil subsale. Wil suggest my brother to get one there. After visited the jadehills, really do makes me lose some interest in Jadite, unless they do really really well on their facilitiers floor, the parks/greenery etc. from the brochures/AI given, not really impressed with it (I compared it to recent launch like Verdi or Foresta).. I think the view of Jadehills from Jadite wont be much impressive from my visit to Jadehills, you can see only those grey/white landed houses.hmm.. Summary: Shouldnt be any wrong to go for this Jadite if you look for ownstay since it's stil from a reputable developer. and If you dont mind the 60k DP and Interest....(stil got free maintenance fees for 2 years (1464X0.30X24 = 10,540.80) Wah so long gas. |
