This is my case:

When CH start launching, I went there c c look look their show house. It does impress me. It quite spacious. That time I haven't decide buy.
Then this yr ard 2-3 mths ago, I went there again to check out d show house. But it had been demolished. So I mai called CH SA, she brought me view d actual unit. The actual unit was smaller in size compare to the previous show house. So I curious & ask d SA

Me: Y the previous show house looks much bigger compare to the actual unit?
SA: It is because the previous show house v used townhouse. That y it looks much bigger
Me: (I was stunned for awhile b4 continue ask her again) Then it's like cheating buyers by not showing the actual unit.
SA: By then buyers can't do anything because they had bought it.
Me: How can be like that?
SA: Our boss philosophy is You want buy jz buy, if don't want it ok.
Me: Oh..... (Then I byebye)

2-3 weeks later d SA called me, ask me whether I'm interested or not. I jz told her straight that I had booked CT

i suggest just go ahead with the loan application, whatever decisions that we make doesnt affect the loan package at all.

maybe another suggestion,
1. free maintenance
2. free ac pioint c/w copper piping
3. free aircon unit and water heater
4. free kitchen hoob hob and cupboard?

spoke to a banker on loan application, confirmed no DIBS. But they (developer) will come out with a scheme where you pay the interest first, then developer will credit you back on monthly/quaterly or half yearly basis.

actually we always wish to build a showroom and on site sales gallery at the first place. but we cant.
hard to explain to you, mainly due to we dont have any single space to built any temp building.
you look at the site the land and imagine the construction works, you will know what i mean.

But why cant rent a space like Exsim or Huayang where their sales unit in Kuchai entrepeneurs, Oldklangroad28, Cornershoplot Serdang to have their Showunit?
