2-3 weeks later d SA called me, ask me whether I'm interested or not. I jz told her straight that I had booked CT

chulk gor, some buyers worry about got DIBS or not leh...how the buyers got confidence to apply loan if later no DIBS....some of them will go for other choices if no DIBS or other rebate to replace this DIBS leh....

how about you give the detail to comfort all buyers leh...as a good and responsible developer... tongue.gif

hmm...yes agree...if can provide the fully furnish unit (aircons, kitchen cabinet, water heater) and something like renovate with plaster ceiling with nice downlight, move in condition. then will be great..haha

i think show unit is just basic thing when u sell a property la..let the buyer feel how is the feel for the unit before they buy...i know some will say most of the times the show unit got huge different compare to actual unit...but at least we got to view what we are going to purchase, right?

most people buy a vegetable also need to look see look see how is the condition of the vegetable la..somehow this is more than half million property...

Yalo, the selling price no consider cheap, more than half million loan, got dibs or not meant something for some buyers..

of course for some buyers like cooperate CEO/high management level who earn big bucks will say half million loan is nothing, not consider high, got dibs or not does not matter... tongue.gif

no la, i buy SEH, so far all the bankers which attach to SEH mentioned to me confirm got DIBS, but still waiting final answer from SP setia this week, if no DIBS, sp setia will confrim give us some rebate program or discount.

no worry, sp setia mah...somemore my purchase cheap cheap only, loan amount lesser than 400k...ok la...

what i can say is, if the developer have the will to built a show unit, should be no issue at all,

if they do not have plan to built since beginning, anything can be a reason.
