Boss, your reno plan is not lazy type. It is pretty comprehensive.
Mine is much more lazy and budget.
No tiles for car pouch (tiles only for cantik)
No tiles for toilet (sudah ada, why damage?)
No plaster ceiling (ceiling just to hide beam)
Keep ori main gate (sudah ada)
