Long story short, once the drawing been approved, hopefully before raya. Otherwise another month of delay can be expected rclxub.gif

Since there were no renovation started yet, so only share some costing incurred to date.
House dimension: 20 x 75 (Double storey)
Damaged so far:

Legal Fee + Stamp duty = RM 29,500 (Property SPA + Loan SPA)

Drawing for local authority = RM 2,300

Valuer fee = RM 800

Waste bin = RM 560

TNB = RM 313 (Open new account)

Cukai pintu 0.5 tahun = RM 255

Syabas = RM 100 (Open new account, forgot exact amount Orz)

Title search = RM 50

Photostat = RM 10

Damage so far = RM 33,888 (so huat, so gud)
Damage (to be):

Front extension 7F + Balcony + 1st floor concrete slab roofing

Construct carporch 12F = RM 14,000

Construct 1st floor concrete slab roofing = RM 8,800 (need to recheck, if this is the balcony, amkan!)

Hack Ground Floor wall & roof = RM 4,500

Construct Main gate wall 16F + 3F + 1F = RM 3,300

Casement window 2 sets = RM 1,664

Door = RM 600

Dismantle 1st floor 4x4 window + install new window = RM 500 (only labour)

Subtotal = RM 34,540
MISC (Lazy to categorize)

Install new roofing on top of kitchen area = RM 2,800

1st Floor plaster ceiling = RM 2,100 (800SF++ if not mistaken)

Install & Supply metal door frame x 4 = RM 1,800

Install & Supply 6x4 sliding window x 2 = RM 1,664

Kitchen wall & table top tile hack = RM 1,600

Dismantle wooden door frame x 4 = RM 1,050

Hack wall @ master bedroom 15F x 9F = RM 1,000

Hack wall near staircase 10F x 9F = RM 800

Dismantle existing roofing on top kitchen = RM 600

Toilet plaster ceiling = RM 560 (Total less than 180SF)

Toilet tile hack = RM 450

Dismantle existing window 6x4 2 sets = RM 300

Solar water heater + pump + shower set x 2 = RM 6,400 (Ouch)

Piping re-route + hotwater piping for 2 shower = RM 5,000 (waiting for plumber official quote)

Aluminium door x 7 sets = RM 4,200 (highly under estimate whistling.gif )

16F mild steel folding main gate + motor = RM 4,000

Security door package 1 + 1.5 panel = RM 4,000

Kitchen cabinet = Rm 3,000

Grills whole house = RM 3,000

WC + basin x 3 sets = RM 3,000 (material only)

Toilet water proof x 2 + Tile/WC installation x 3 = RM 3,000 (RM 600 for each toilet water proof was quoted)

Anai anai = RM 2,000

Car porch tile laying = RM 2,000

Electrical wiring = RM 2,000

Ground floor casement window = RM 1,500

Tile for 3 toilet = RM 1,000 (1 x 2 mostly, less than 180SF in total)

Car porch tile hacking = RM 1,000 (400SF)

Car porch punya tile = RM 800

Subtotal = RM 42,900
Grand total = RM 105,164

Bro, how come your wet work contractor cant quote you tilling and hacking together? Call me for porch tiling and toilet.
