just came back from there, got free nano sim replacement but cutting the sim card costs Rm10

i made a reload on 07nov, credit didn't came in so the next day i call to CS and they told me system was down, they are in the midst of recovering.

the day later i called again only they solved it

btw they highlighted this issue on their FB, but it's just getting too frequent.

ahh. i tried to ask for a FOC but the guy compared with other telco charging Rm30 for cutting that little sim card

i done it at a handphone stall for few bucks only

but come back to the sim card, their nano sim size isn't made perfectly, somehow part of the chip need to be cut off in order to insert into sim tray

their 3G strength is so weak in my area, Puchong.

while EDGE got maximum strength, i'm using 3G with only 2-3 bars(sometimes only 1 bar)

now i'm forced to use EDGE to enhanced my battery's performance.

but i find it sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

then i leave the APN blank, it's still inconsistent on the connection

any expert knows the best setting?

great news for UMI users!

we now have a increased internet quota, from 500MB to now 1GB, specifically for UMI28 and UMI38.

anyhow the allocated free calls has reduced.

i think this is a fair consideration by giving up the free calls and have more quota in return.
