I ported into umobile for P50+member lines
for the first month bill, they will charge for RM50 + prorated monthly fee ? As I checked with my friend's first bill, also like this, for the additional one month advance fee will not show under deposit (RM0.00), how they record this advance payment ? |

Today called customer service, confirmed two things.
1. e-billing with itemized - waived RM3 (confirmed with two of my friends bills) 2. can just disable voice mail but with missed call notification enabled. (tested from my phone) information from lowyat forum thread told the wrong information, just here to share my findings. 1. e-billing with itemized, they still charge RM3 > wrong 2. voice mail disable will also disable missed call notification > wrong |
