I have a question regarding the umobile power prepaid plan.

The first top-up is Rm10 in order to activate the 1gb monthly service.

Rm10 = 10 days active usage.

If i only topped up on the 11th day, which is considered to be under the passive period, do i have to top-up another Rm10 to get the plan active again or could i just top-up Rm1 to use for just a day?

Also, once i top-up again, does that reset the passive period back to 50 days?

Thanks!

Yeah, second top-up can be less than RM10 and it will reactivate the balance of your free 1GB for a number of days equal to your top-up mount. It also resets your passive period.

Awesome, I was hoping that was the way it works. Thanks!

Okay, looks like the minimum subsequent top-up for the power prepaid card is set at RM 10. Just tried asking if I could top up lesser today and was rejected.

Just to highlight again that I am topping up the card during the passive period, that's is during the 50 days.

Anyone else experience a similar rule for topping up the power prepaid card?

RM5 reloads are not available everywhere

I tried it at a umobile kiosk. Just one of those small stands. Would a umobile outlet provide Rm5 top-ups? Or does it simply vary from store to store?
