i was told that u mobile prepaid user can enjoy 2X validity ...I reloaded with RM10 , why the validity only 10days ? why not 20 days ?

I have tried to access *118 # today after havent topping up for a month. Today, I reloaded rm5 and tried to access 118, but it said my service is rejected...why? Btw, I can make calls with it.

I have topped up few days ago . i 'm on Power Prepaid plan now . I wish to change to New Prepaid plan to get the 2 x validity , if i change to this new pan now , will my expiry date become 10days(20Nov) ? ( i have reloaded rm5 on 10NOV , my expiry date is on 15nov )
