hi. me and my gf are currently a digi postpaid user and both of us want to change to umobile postpaid. my number is a supplementary number to my gf number and both numbers are on her name. my question is do we need to separate the accounts first before changing to umobile?

Current umobile prepaid user here. I wonder if it is possible to change from UMobile prepaid --> postpaid --> prepaid back again? No MNP. Anyone with answer/experience?

I would like to find out, for the RM68 with 2 sim cards does it come with 2 mobile numbers?
can phone calls made from both sim cards or just one?

anyone here have any idea whether I can downgrade my existing postpaid U28 to prepaid U18? I'm currently underutilizing my U28 and I just found out prepaid U18 have additional perks compared to U28 that is actually useful to me.

roaming in SG, free calls and msg that suits my usage, and a not too little amount of data considering this is my secondary phone line.

do you know what are the documents needed? cos as you know this no is not registered under my name.

I just subscribed to the new Internet Sharing Plan (RM68, 3GB).

One of the simcard is used in my phone while the other one is used in my Nexus 7 LTE.

However, the one in Nexus 7 seems to be malfunctioning as I can't use the data connection. Or is there any settings that need to be configured first?

guys, wana ask, if let say last time im a maxis user...den convert to u-mobile, den later on im not satisfied with u-mobile n convert back to maxis again....but now maxis seems like getting more n more expensive andthey charged me like waterfish....now i wana  convert back to u-mobile for its cheaper rate can or not ar??
