LTE but does not support Apple products because they do not have agreement to do so

How long does it take to port out of umobile? Anyone experienced before?

I was using U28 for the past 2 years, contract ended recently, decided to port back to Maxis. Yeah already settle all my bills except January, no statement yet ma. tongue.gif

Thanks for the advice.

Gave them a call and they told me that I have a balance of RM2 rclxub.gif and I need to visit their service centre to terminate my line. The problem is... I was told that I do not need to terminate my line because I need it to be active in order to port to another telco doh.gif
