I recently upgraded my plan to U28 from prepaid and was told that the first month bill will be prorated. Does that mean that even my data/free calls will be pro-rated?

Let's say I have upgraded with 5 days left of this month so it will be 3GB * 5/31 = 480MB? So my internet will be throttled after 480MB data usage?
