If i sign up by today RM28/month for 3GB data n 50mins
My 3gb data quota n 50mins also get prorated for first month?

The new app shows me only have 300+ MB left of high speed data, but using *118# menu shows I only used 0.18GB out of 1GB so far. Confused much?

Guys, wanna ask I am now on I60 plan, just sign up last month, can I switch to U28 plan?

Also, I signed up on 19/6, but when I got the bill, they charge me 85 bucks. Am I being over charged?
Even I need to pay stamp duty RM10, will only cost RM73.60, not sure how they count

So the stamp duty is once a year?
And what you mean by month minimum? Means got hidden charges by Umobile?

A phone shop at my area would not process my MNP request from Maxis postpaid to U28.

Their reason is they did it few times before but all rejected due to owner still have outstanding fees to be cleared.

He asked me to convert my postpaid to prepaid at Maxis center. then only go to them.

Is this the standard procedure now?

2 years back I switch from Maxis to Celcom, then back to Maxis again (all postpaid) but didn't get this non-sense.

I thought I saw someone wrote that internet still active even validity is expired?
Was he wrong or you are right?

1/8 activate new sim and reload RM10, get 1GB free data & 10days validity

10/8 10days validity over, cannot use the free data anymore, left 500mb data

15/8 reload RM10 again, can use balance 500mb free data

30/8 1GB free data got renewed as long as u r active within your validity u can use

Me too,  I'm unable to log into Umobile app too. There's a message saying something about network error.

it is normal on early of month because the billing.

this hero plan is really hero . 

unlimited call really can grap some customer specially those town / city resident ppl as umobile coverage is good . some more can use maxis 2g when no umobile signal.

saw few commented that the data on postpaid is waaaaaaaay slower than prepaid despite both getting 3G in same location sometimes ago.
