^^ oh yeah I do enjoyed polished title.

fyi USKP do not consist of tens of thousand of people, it is only a couple of people. For this I thank them for fixing stuff that Bethesda cant do with their 100 team
*
USKP is only one mod that consist of a handful but the entire Skyrim community is massive. I doubt USKP is the only group out there that is only working on fixing the game.

And Besthesda's 100 man team does not only consist of only programmers as there are artist, designers and so on. So not everyone in Bethesda is capable in fixing bugs. Those programmer needs to work on thier next game if not DLCs. Not like they sit on their hands waiting to fix the game for you.

Seriously, just dont play a Besthesda game if you hate bugs. I havent seen one that is as polished as an EA or Ubisoft game.

Also, dont ever buy an Early Access game too. I dont want to see you complain how buggy is KSP, PA or whatever game are.

there is a dif between an early access/alpha vs full release title that is 2 yrs old. I am not here asking Bethesda to fix everything, it is just they need to up their bug fixing team to be close to other developers like EA, ubisoft, 2K, squareenix etc. Considering they are doing pretty good in delivering good gameplay, this is the biggest area they lack behind so much in the competition that need fixing. Instead of blindly buying their title letting them neglecting this problem. This is the same as many of us complain EA ruining gameplay on several of its franchise.
*
None of the other publishers have games as complex as Skyrim's systems in the game or as much content with multiple major quest line where each quest line is as big as a standalone single player game that Skyrim has. With that sort complexity and amount of content, fixing a bug doesnt mean that you can easily just fix one bug without causing 10 more. They went with quantity instead of quality which isnt exactly a good thing but thats their decision. And the whole bug issue, Bethesda has put in a lot of effort to fix it where resulted that Skyrim is far less buggy than Morrowind or Oblivion. Then, you still want to compare its polish with other games that is easier to debug games with lesser content then, complain how shit is Skyrim's bugs in every Skyrim sale. Or how Behtesda attempted to rip you off with their DLCs that gives tonnes of content.

I will never say their gameplay is good, its usable and doesnt get in your way but if you compare to games like Chirvalry, War of the Roses or any of the Souls games, Skyrim's combat is quite shallow.

I dont buy games in blind faith nor neglect Skyrim's numerous short comings. I just enjoy whatever is offered in the games i find. There is no perfect game with top notch polish and tonnes of content but I have to admit, Skyrim is a pretty damn good hiking simulator.

Also, please dont buy XCOM Enemy Unknown too, it is quite buggy too, in case you will have XCOM as your new hated game because Firaxis sucks at polish and interface too. Maybe dont play Civ 5 too because the AI is also damn buggy till now with bugs from Civ 5 still exist till today. Not every developer solely focus on polish as some prefers to have better gameplay.

Play more Ubisoft and EA games, they are good at polishing their games to shine.

2K games are probably the moderate side at least from my past experience with Civ 4. I am fine with them.

but for elderscroll, it has gone way beyond my threshold. yeah u are damn right it is probably my last one after the DLCs.
*
No, just dont buy any of the new Firaxis games. They are quite buggy before both Civ 5 and XCOM becomes your new hate game. Especially XCOM with enemies appearing from thin air, camera error where the game cant really show you the right floor and all you see the the roof, poor AI, crash bugs and so on. XCOM is even worse than Skyrim in some ways because of the the bugs made the game real pain to play.

I am just tired of Skyrim slamming whenever its on sale. It is no where a perfect game but it isnt as bad as it was said to be.

the only problem i had is that so many guards took an arrow to the knee

Its a prerequisite to work as a guard in Skyrim.

One must have an arrow to the knee before you can work as a guard.

thinking whether GMG Max Payne bundle worth buying. Will only get my rig after September. Any advice guys? Won't be able to play it now except Max Payne 1 & 2.
*
My advise is, wait then as the price will only go down, if not the same. You dont have a rig to play at the moment better wait till Halloween sales only buy. smile.gif

The last time I played Oblivion, I remember most of the time I'd be roaming the woods aimlessly. Such joy!

I did that with Skyrim, wanted to go down the hill, then fell down the steep cliff.

The horse die first, then, I was laughing until i die too. When i reach the ground. doh.gif

After Dishonored and Tomb Raider, most likely will go for Skyrim in my backlog.

Guys, i am writing an email soon to Eclub on what things they can do to maintain or make Steam users in Malaysia happy

Got any ideas? One of my one is to give maybe some bonus or lucky draw or something to high level Steam users in Malaysia

Anything, just PM me and i will compile
*
If its like this, then, people who arent interested in crafting badges will not be able to get those bonus though.

I am not too sure of that.

Just my suggestion, we may also do like for those who own more game or more DLCs

Not necessary need to be relate to Steam Profile, it could be some events or lucky draws or some discounts for us Malaysia in an effort to support Original games

The reason i say like that is because i'm high level myself so of course i will be bias lol
*
Its the problem with the Steam level system where game collectors still dont get any increase in levels and you have to craft to increase the levels.

Please post your packs sharing requests there as there might be a chance that your request will be burried in the previous page. I think you can post your announcements here for a pack sharing but discuss about it on the other thread.

Buy it.

It is a damn good arcade racing game.

And its nice that Sumo still keep adding characters into the game for free. Rome 2 just got featured in the game today.

poison by sonic racingĀ  doh.gif

Buy it man. I highly recommend it because the game is amazing.

The transformation actually doesnt feel gimmicky as all 3 modes changes your vehicle physics. On top of that, the track layout also changes the the race goes on, like when you start racing on the ground, then, your car becomes a boat on second lap and a plane in the final lap. The track designs are awesome to be honest and they are all unique and fun to drive on. Power ups are quite balanced and fun to use too, unlike mario kart's imba power ups that detracts from the actual racing. Sonic emphasise on skill more than using power ups to turn the tide in your favour so if you are a racing game fan, get it as there quite a bit of depth in the driving too.

The only thing i dont like is the grind to unlock everything but you can find complete profiles on the net if you want to skip the boring grind.

Is MK : Komplete Edisyun good? Seeing you have 922 games...  unsure.gif
*
MK is quite good to be honest as even the single player campaign is quite good while the fighting is said to be good.

However, if you are new to fighting games, maybe try Skullgirls first as most fighting games fans said its the best game to learn how to play a fighting game due to its comprehensive tutorial. I might get Skullgirls soon as i think it is the perfect game to learn fighting games. SFIV is quite daunting to learn, as till now, I only can only sort of play Sagat and still die to easy AI. doh.gif

Skullgirl's art style is a bit off putting though, as it kinda goes towards the side of anime/cartoon style that I dont really want to deal with. Still, not as bad as Dragon Crown that is even worse till its funny. Especially the Sorcerer's ones that is much bigger than her head. doh.gif

The game is goooooooood. And the story mode is the most proper story mode in any fighting game.

The MP is another story though. Unless you're playing MP with friends from same region, don't bother with it. And there's balance issue.
