You have so many sets?! Whoa! rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

The 6x9 is not necessary, you can use the rear comp as rear fill... But 10"x2 is already enough.. Whoa! Keng.. I assume(I hate assuming! vmad.gif ) Very dynamic.. Can say that ka??? sweat.gif sweat.gif

Yeah true. too many sound source... btw, if taking into consideration of the pioneer 1750, then i can say, the music become "wall music" cos if iam not wrong the 1750 is an entry level that comes with 1 pair pre out rated at 2.2v or something? rclxub.gif

stay away from the 6x9 or any othher 3-way speakers for that matter if u plan to use woofers... the 6x9 will only spoil the bass.

in some setups (like my friends old kancil) the 6x9 actually killed the sound coming from the woofer.

so i say get rid of the 6x9 and also the 4" speakers.

the comps on the doors...put it on the rear shelf....

dont use the 6x9 ...
i believe if you use 6x9 it will be more louder and then u will notice your sound will come from behind instead of front

wo answer your question based on your pic...

-no. unless your are a SPL player where staging is not a concern...
-yes... too many source...

my suggestion, throw away all the speakers except for the front component and the subbies... while keeping all the amps...

cheers...

a decent HU, a decent comp set, a decent amp and a decent woofer will be enuf for a good sounding setup
some people insist to have rear speaker
then get a 4' coaxial is enuf d..power up by the HU
for the rear fill

in ICE..it's not the more speaker the merrier

hmm.. your are driving a wira like me also... well actually if you only use a component set up front, then one 12" sub in the trunk with a custom built enclosure according to the sub recommendation... it will be better sounding than having a list of speakers... with a simple setup like this you will hav a front staging not matter where you sit in the car... but of cuz the rear passenger will loss a lil details and hav a lot of the low bass... but most of the time we cannot fulfill everyones need in the car... the most important ppl is you... cuz you are going to drive the car...

save up the money for those useless speakers to do some sound proof on your front door better... if it is enough

cheers...

i got mine a set of component install in front,
no rear and no sub yet
just HU>fron comp set
however, i found tat when i sitting at back,
the sound quality is better than i sit on my driver seat
coz when sit in front, my position is too close to 1 of the tweeter,
and the sound i heard is sumthing like sharp a bit and noisy,
when sitting at back, the tweeter and mid sound is coming very balance to the rear, and the sound is very nice compare wif sitting at front,
so any comment on how can i get better sound stage when i sit in front?

one thing might be your tuning if you are running active... mayb the gain are too high or the high-pass too low... causing the tweeter to be distorded... but if you are running passive then cannot tune unless you wan to DIY your custom crossover block...

another thing might be your placing... point the tweeters away from you... mayb you are aiming them too directly towards you...

one way is to point the left tweeter to the driver's left ear while pointing the right tweeter to the passanger's right ear...

if still very sharp... then point the tweeters facing each other on the dash... but this way usually you will lose a lil bit of the details... but i am using mine like this too... but place on the center of the A-pillar where is height is almost the same height of my ears when i am sitting in the car... found tht it gives me more natural sound...

hope it helps... and correct me if i am wrong...

cheers...
