How about the consistency...i mean the engine will retain the smoothness until the next service?

Because some oil i used wont last long..after 5k u can feel ur engine a bit harsh..
*
It's my 1st time using the oil, changed it for my engine on 29-8-2013 @ 38k+
So far it is still good until today, 41k+ thumbup.gif Approximately 4k to go for the next service... rolleyes.gif

today i diy installed UR strut bar.
the 6 (3 per side) strut bolt r not tightend correctly.. just abit of force can loose.. blink.gif
so for neo owner, i suggest to check the bolt.. if loose, tighten it.

welcomed..
1 more thing, the aircond water outlet hose from cooling coil is too short.
water drop directly on steering rack bolt in engine bay.. this will lead to corrosion..
i just extend the hose using garden water hose.. just slip the garden hose onto the stock hose, it fit snugly.. nod.gif
*
Hmmm got any picture?

heres the pics.
the bolt n washer already got some oxidation from the aircond water.
garden hose slip on to the oem water hose. now it drips away from metal parts.

Thinking to change rim and tyre too..

Its should be 15"...

about tyres, which one is suitable..

195 50 15 or 195 55 15?
*
195/50/15 better.
I just changed to 195/55/15, looks too thick (not nice) and sagat (because of the rims' offset not suit) doh.gif

But 195/50/15 will be a bit bumpy compare with 195/55/15 laugh.gif

Oic..
Ur current rim (rota) is 8jj?
Hmm..what the best rim's offset for handling?
*
Current rims not sure is 8.5jj or 8.75jj. Wrongly purchased. LOL...
Hmmm 7jj width is recommended, but offset I not sure.

QUOTE(madman20 @ Oct 22 2013, 03:23 PM)
No idea..what I meant was if you're concert about the car sagat..those are the 3 things you need to consider

1. Tyre's width and dimension
2. Rims' offset
3. Rims' width
*
Thanks for the info.
Tyres I think 195/50/15 will be the best and good looking.
Rims' width and offset really need to think properly unless don't care about sagat or use hard adjustable. XD

Not sure if it affects handling
Wow..
Later pick what colour..
My pick is silver GTI..tongue.gif

laugh.gif
Hahaha... Wrongly purchased. Ishhh...
Hmmm I think offset will not affect handling, only the width of the rims.
