Bear with the wall of text, words are from my parents..
Before I was even one years old..my cousin was a year older..
So I was learning how to walk with that round stuff the old folks like to use for their kid to learn walking.. so I stopped on the stairway from the top, my cousin from my behind pushed me..and I fell all the way from the top to down..so I cried.
The old folks, uncle aunty and neighbours all tell em that if he didn't have any lebam, no vomit no external sign of injuries should be fine..and my mum says I stopped crying after a couple of minutes..
Until I was 16 17..football was the favourite, I starts to feel pain in my leg, cramp in my sleep on both legs..no pain on the back..I was hunch from a kid till teenage..
Then started checking orthopaedic..all check my legs..which did not help at all..until I try some traditional method they fix my back alignment..from hunch to straight..
Now I could stand straight, no more leg cramp during my sleep..but the compress disc couldnt be fix unless I do surgery.. by inserting an artificial disc..which I will not do it..
Doc only recommend artificial disc if your disc totally out - etc leaking, if the disc collapse, it will press the nerve and you unable to walk, the normal practice is to cut the excess disc from pressing the nerve. Before I was even one years old..my cousin was a year older..
