Hey guys..I am kinda stuck at my current stage..but I continue plz let me state down my body condition..

1) multiple hernia disc..2 or 3 compressed disc around my lower lumbar

2) poland syndrome, I posted somewhere here before about this syndrome..

3) right leg bone slightly longer than left

4) had a crack on my left hip bone before

Take note all the above wasn't injuries from weight training..had some bad childhood incident..

Would like to know if deadlift, squat and bench press a must for triggering better muscle growth? Coz my body conditions is preventing me from fully performing in these few exercises..or alternative to suggest?

I could deadlift to 100kg ++ but with very careful posture and movement..I usually stick to 70kgs..I feel safe with that weight not wanting to hurt my back..

Bench? Bad..Poland syndrome I can't go above 15kgs/side on the barbell..

Squat is a no go..I feel great stress on my back and my hip area...so I usually stay at the leg press machine..

Any advise, alternative for me?

May I ask what caused the herniated discs and what is the current condition and proposed treatment?

Bear with the wall of text, words are from my parents..

Before I was even one years old..my cousin was a year older..
So I was learning how to walk with that round stuff the old folks like to use for their kid to learn walking.. so I stopped on the stairway from the top, my cousin from my behind pushed me..and I fell all the way from the top to down..so I cried.

The old folks, uncle aunty and neighbours all tell em that if he didn't have any lebam, no vomit no external sign of injuries should be fine..and my mum says I stopped crying after a couple of minutes..

Until I was 16 17..football was the favourite, I starts to feel pain in my leg, cramp in my sleep on both legs..no pain on the back..I was hunch from a kid till teenage..

Then started checking orthopaedic..all check my legs..which did not help at all..until I try some traditional method they fix my back alignment..from hunch to straight..

Now I could stand straight, no more leg cramp during my sleep..but the compress disc couldnt be fix unless I do surgery.. by inserting an artificial disc..which I will not do it..

Doc only recommend artificial disc if your disc totally out - etc leaking, if the disc collapse, it will press the nerve and you unable to walk, the normal practice is to cut the excess disc from pressing the nerve.
