Is this the latest chart?
B-1-2 had no sticker on it.
*
latest as of my posted date.
Anything without sticker is not yet sold.
I counted, there were only 14 units unsold.

There are 2 buyers, one guy bought 2 units and the other one bought 3 units.

Both of them want to break down the walls to link their units to form very big units for their own family stay.

Looks like many are buying it for own stay.

This isn't a case of allow or not but totally illegal. Further, most dividing walls between units are structural. Upstairs units better be prepared for cave in soon 🤦

The architect will decide where to break the walls, not the admin or management.

The access to facility and parking is not that pleasant as well. However, I don't quite get previous posts saying it's not walkable, it seems ok, it's not Bukit Bintang, but walking to MRT (which connects directly to Bukit Bintang) or even cross the road to IKEA directly without going through the underground walkway during non-peak hours seem quite okay (although I'd take the underground walkway any day of the week).
*
According to the sales talk, there will be a covered walkway to the MRT from One Cochrane by end of 2024.

Saw the design language then know already, this is not family oriented at all. What idiot designs a parking lot separate from condo block? Only way to go across is a single bridge sumore? Family and grocery buyers rejoice!

And all those sharp, edgy elements surely inspires confidence! All it takes is one fall and confirm the JMB/developer kene sued.
*
The parking lot is just next to the condo blocks, it's not far to walk across.
I am aware of quite a few projects the car parks are built on separate buildings without any issue.
Just to name 1, Li Villas at Section 16, PJ.

There are lifts to take it from condo level 6 bridge to gym/pool, on top of the car park, which also has lifts to serve the trolley or heavy luggage without going up staircases.

Level ground can also walk across without any issue.

The only not so nice view is the car park lot blocks lower 6 floors of the residence units.
Any floor above the car park lot is fine.

I’ll just add salt to the wound that this type of car park for a woman alone is particularly dangerous. Have people forgotten about Canny Ong what happens when there’s dark nooks and crannies in a car park as well as being so far away from the main thoroughfare. So ya if being raped, stabbed, then burnt on top of your legs being cut off is to your taste go ahead 🤨.
*
If I remember it correctly, Canny Ong incident was in a SHOPPING MALL in Bangsar after 10pm, where she was probably drunk, most customers were already left, car park empty, and no security guards.
After the incident, the said shopping mall had to hire a lot more security guides, which raised the car park fee by a lot, for the sake of safety.

Technically, ALL DARK and EMPTY car parks are dangerous. Security is the critical issue regardless of whether in the car park, or even in the condo itself.

I am currently staying in a condo with blocks A, B, C. Blocks A and B have in-building car parks in b1 and b2, whereas Block C has only b3.
The visitor's car park is in block C,b3, where it's relatively dark and no security.

Therefore the main comparison difference is the convenience factor.
Security is related to the number of security guards.

Thanks for the reference, this is certainly a good discussion for pros and cons of the car park location.
Realistically, a landed property with car parks in the yard is the most preferable choice.
As for the condo situation, the entire issue points to the convenience factor.

Safety is, as I highlighted in my last post above, can be achieved by getting more security guards, at the maintenance cost of about RM 40k per guard per annum, at this moment.
