1cochrane is standalone. the one that integrated with mytown is mytown residences which is sitting on top of the mall itself~

With the prices about 900psf, this project consider not bad with its proximity to UNDERGROUND MRT. Closer to city center, trx. Those projects with a link bridge to elevated mrt already how much such as ekocheras, etc...

look at Mah Sing' Bangi project, so called affordable house but size also down size...

look at ayuman suite at gombak. 600+ sqft fitting 3 bedrooms 2 toilets. haha.
