how's the sales here. high asking price for such poor layout n facing flats. also remember velo residence subsales transaction is almost non existent. good luck for investor here.

All those project target Airbnb or coliving etc is not too good in the long-run for ownstay or even normal rental. I know residents who bought for ownstay in a few Airbnb spots in KL n now they struggle due to the facilities being overused, lifts being full etc.
