2 780 already cost 4k, lm expecting it will be near 5k range, but the space wise as well as the power consumption are worth it

slot wise yes and as well as the heating issue from sli? and ur power supply to feed 2 cards? imo l will ditch the lightning if 790 is base on 2 780ti chip, but l doubt it will be

l think gtx580 now more likely rm450-500? grab 1 do sli? regarding psu lm not sure enough wattage or not, and if interested to do sli pls make sure ur mobo supports sli

l personally don really like the idea of 1 sub card for physx only, well since u had budget about rm400, might grab a sub 580 do physx without sli 1st, maybe in near future got budget to change psu then only do sli

according to wcf articles, msi only manufactured 12 of the sampling cards, its is not on sales yet, like 290x lightning, IMO 1 month later we will get to see it retail

l see, but gtx 760 power consumtion are about 10 watt below 670, 20 watt above 660ti, if goes by power consumption scale, wont 750ti stands more chance? as maxwell chip are more into energy savings

there u go GTX750ti about 200$ dollar, remember its a Asus, when zotac release 750ti rough guess it would cost less then 500? l think all 600 series onward are gen3 rdy right?

l though vram affects on resolution? u running on 1440p?

played skyrim before, barely hits 1.5gb vram with my 780 3gb, only issue with skyrim is if l use supersampling x8 fps will drop down if on massive grass area, although only 1 area affects it.

l read somewhere vram are more important if going up high resolution as well as sli, eg 1 660 2gb sli with another 660 2gb u wont get 4gb vram, thus will need to sli 660 4gb to get the figure, 2gb is quite sufficient on 1080p imo

look at up garage sales, there is msi 780ti gaming, try with idealtech or feiton? l know pika can help u buy evga cards.
