How to build up decks - i have assistance from brothers here to kick start my deck
And trade in gcf to keep up with the current deck

I am lvl46, and doing normal quest, just finished 0002 but kinda weird that why I can't see any key to "accept" the quest for no.0003 and no.0004 which hunt 10 guardian in single NHT and hunt 3 skeleton at plain..... Weird

Can you even view it? If you don't have enough renown, you won't be able to view the quest at all.

Owh yea haha, the Halloween quests.....generally there are 2 types of quests; Hunting & Dungeon. At any point of time, you can only take 1 of each type of quest (e.g. you can't take 2 hunting quest together, you need to complete or quit 1 before being able to take a different hunting quest). Exception is being made for Special Event Quests like the current Halloween Event.
