I'm kind of confused, most properties that are hotly discussed in this forum are in the 700k and above pricing.

I'm looking for a house that's about 500k-550k in shah alam and the neighbouring region and came up with ken rimba as the only option. Am I missing out on something? Since most launches are delayed to september then best to wait then?

Thanks for explaining to a noob like me what BBB is. I did think that it meant BUY BUY BUY but just needed confirmation.

So .... does UUU means Upsell Upsell Upsell? Then DDD means Downsell Downsell Downsell?

Kind of frustrated when looking at property prices now, always the good ones are just right out of reach by about 120k....

I can comfortably buy a house about 540K - 560K.... but the bare minimum for houses that I like have always been in the 640K to 690K at least on propertyguru...

Is it realistic to expect future new launches will give prices within my range?

1. Is it realistic to expect new launches for non Pr1ma terrace/linked houses to be in the price range of 500-600k anymore?

Thank you! So much to learn .... I'm really a newbie here , with my first attempt at buying a house is a really painful process. So much indecision on where to find the right property for me. I've passed up 2 chances and now mulling on my third option in hillpark shah alam.


Do we get 7% bumi discount from subsales?

Yeah... burn baby burn your money.... it all comes down to what you want in life. Low repayment but can go overseas holiday every year, or high repayment but live in nice house.

Seriously, after looking at the new development houses some of them are really damn nice! Those people buying really got money... what kinda jobs do these guys do?

tell me about it, I made a poll on opinion titled "Do you wish property bubble will burst?" with only a yes or no answer and promptly got closed, citing reason "brings no value to discussion".

That's ... more truth than.... bad or good news. I think more people need to look into buying old cheap houses, then with surplus money they renovate , paint and spend on ID to make it look even better than the 700k houses.

Buy 200k old 2nd hand house, renovate worth 100k and get 400k savings.


Good plan? No?

I got whatsapp forward messages stating about loan of cars going to be enforced at 7 years, 20 percent downpayment, also interest rate for house will increase...

any truth to this?
