Anyway, my honest opinion, we may hear noise from 1km, but it won't be loud unless it was the stadium crowd erupted after a goal. Maybe it is the low bass which some people with sensitive ears cannot tahan. Whereas some people can sleep next to the roadside with bus honking. So, all depends on individual lah.

me too, i hv been buying prop since 25 yrs ago and average 1 prop every year so far all doing ok (rental and capital).  i try to diversify my prop portfolio (like UT) and buying bungalow, semiD, terraces, condo, apartment, factory, land, shops, retail, REIT etc.  from my 25 yrs experience, i think prop will rise in the long run.  it is better to start earlier. all my earlier purchases make good $ and location wise is better. (after more developments in that area)

I hope that anyone who wants to predict can comply to these criterias. :-
1. When - exact time (Yr / quarter)
2. Magnitude - in %, amount of drop / appreciation or % of ROI
3. Which particular project / area / sector / Taman / condo / developer etc

Predict - monitor - admit the mistake if wrong, izit so difficult?

Mkt will drop... - When roughly? How much?
It is over supply... - How much roughly? (% / units)
Major correction will happen - When? Up or down? Pattern? % correction? Where?

I understand that no one has the crystal ball to see the future, so if there is no guts to admit mistake, pls dun simply say.

but if someone gets it right, then he/she will be famous and gets to live off a lot of royalities.

I dun read many property books, I think my day in and day out experience would be more effective than those theories. Property is very "localised", if you want to invest a shoplot in Teluk Intan, dun ask me, dun ask Robert Kiyosaki, ask those uncles who stays in Teluk Intan for years will do.
as I said before, there are at least 10 success investment ways to gain wealth, I just need one.
