Anyway, my honest opinion, we may hear noise from 1km, but it won't be loud unless it was the stadium crowd erupted after a goal. Maybe it is the low bass which some people with sensitive ears cannot tahan. Whereas some people can sleep next to the roadside with bus honking. So, all depends on individual lah.

And u dont hear those pub music 1km away...... Yes, u can hear it if it is huge crowd erupted noise even 1-2km (depending the eruption level) away..... Think abt it, if its stadium concert music, 1km I think maybe one can hear it..... Again crowd erupted noise and hearing music is definitely 2 different things ya.... tongue.gif tongue.gif
Why I'm so sure? I do stayed in Tmn Desa which it's around 1-1.2km away from SG without tall building blockage.....

I couldn't command higher rental one is Kuchai Lama..... More supply now......

Frankly boss, over the spell of 25yrs, I believe u may encourage ppl to invest in prop.... How often do u hear these ppl telling u things like, 'oh, u are lucky u started earlier', 'that time u bought the price is low/lower', 'last few yr prop is booming' and etc.... notworthy.gif
