I called US Nintendo 1-800-255-3700 cause Nintendo email said I should call to get back my elite reward, some woman answered and I told her I staying in Malaysia.

Now they deactivated my account since I do not stay in united states

Is there anyway to get my account activated again? all my points are in it...

help pls:(

call them again scold them and this time dun tell them u are from malaysia... be thick face and make sure take they admit is their fault ... "customer is always right" may the force be with you

i once face this on psn, i called them up scold them and demand them to reactivate my account back!

i'm curious what made you call them in the first place? hmm.gif

usually we claim our reward through club nintendo website
and not by calling them.

perhaps you could tell the story from the beginning?

or you can just tell them that you're an American with a permanent US address but now temporary residing in Malaysia for a short period, usually that will work wink.gif

but anyhoo... just tell us the whole story first la why you need to call them in the first place? hmm.gif

It all started when i selected the wrong free game for gold member.

I selected super smash bros without knowing this game is not for 3ds due to asuming that all listed games free for me to choose are for my 3ds

Then i reported to nintendo i got the wrong game due to their lack of information given to me.
They accepted my excuse, canceled my super smash bro transaction, then told me to call them through phone so that they can help me out to give me back the ability to choose my free game again.

Unfortunately, i got into this trouble ;(
