It all started when i selected the wrong free game for gold member.
I selected super smash bros without knowing this game is not for 3ds due to asuming that all listed games free for me to choose are for my 3ds
Then i reported to nintendo i got the wrong game due to their lack of information given to me.
They accepted my excuse, canceled my super smash bro transaction, then told me to call them through phone so that they can help me out to give me back the ability to choose my free game again.
Unfortunately, i got into this trouble ;(
