usually we claim our reward through club nintendo website
and not by calling them.

perhaps you could tell the story from the beginning?

i don't mean to say this but the moment you said
you're from Malaysia, you already let them know that you
are breaking their rules.

perhaps you could call them again; use greyshadow's story and hopefully they will reinstate your account?
