Wise decision welcome to ffxiv

The way i see it this game is actually like wow but an enhance version of wow. If yoshi can give new content every 3-6mths then we will likely see a true replacement of wow

let me share my experience with those who have bought fr gmg who is very confuse.

Now firstly, if u buy FFXIV:ARR from gmg, u will be given an activation code. Now this code is EU region. This activation code is not the original game code but it is an early access code. I have spoken to gmg support to confirm this. In the email they have provided 2 websites.

The first WEBSITE1 is for you to put an email account so that they could inform you when the game is launching.

The 2nd website2 is actually an EU SE website for you to key in ur early access code which was provided. The email actually says you can do 1 step in advance to register ur current early access key to the EU SE website.

Now my issue was i have registered an NA(North America) SE management account (SE management accounts are for you to subscribe to the game). I have use this account to log into website2 and key in the early access code as well. The game did register itself in website2 BUT it DID NOT reflect in my NA SE management account. At this point i was very worried so i wrote into SE support. i have chat with them through live chat for around 30mins. They have inform me that since the game is in eu region, it is impoosible to register the game in the NA SE management account hence i wont get to subscribe to the game with my NA SE management account. I ask them what if i made a new EU(Europe) SE management account and then register the game. They say it will work BUT i will lose the early access gifts since i already registered the early access code. Bare in mind even if your account is an EU SE management account, it will not reflect too according to support since they have not finalize anything yet. In the end they ask me to request for a new code from GMG.

Hence i wrote to GMG regarding my conversation with SE support. They find it too troublesome to change my activation code so they REFUNDED.I have made a new EU SE management account too. Ultimately i bought the game again from them and this time round i decided to hold on to the early access code until further notice.

So for those who bought from GMG, i strongly suggest you hold on to the code and do nothing besides going to WEBSITE1 to input ur email.

Hope this clear things up for those who bought from GMG

yes you can register the early access activation code now to http://eu.square-enix.com/en/seaccount but i strongly advise you not to do it until further notice.

maybe they revamp their mail, cause the mail i got from GMG was like 1mth ago. The mail that i've got has created a lot of issues and unrest among gmg customers. But tbh i dont think GMG is the only party to be blame. EU SE shouldn't have let other region SE account management holders to login to their website and register the game. This has cause a lot of problem for customers

after u log in, click My Profile then click ADD NEW GAME


@poipoy ok u just gotta make sure ur account management is under EUROPE if u buy from GMG and NA if u buy from AMAZON, you wont get to register the game into any region of SE management account yet since the option is not available. But somehow yu can actually register into this website http://eu.square-enix.com/en/seaccount. This is where most people get caught. For ur sake, ur safe, so just keep the code safe, if you have 1, and wait for their email

LOL im not trying to confuse the community. im just trying to help those who have encounter the same problem as me with the early access code. If u have read my post regarding the matter, you should already know that SE support has ask me to request for a new code and also GMG has already refunded me. If the website has got nothing to do with the game then y would they refund me? LOL! so to those who are having the same issue as i have previously, i urge you to request for a new code or to get a refund from GMG as you guys still got time. For those that dont have the issue, you can just ignore everything


to sum it all up, just dont do anything with the codes until further notice.

Btw have u guys seen the picture posted by yoshi in fb, heard the pictures were fr raid n lv40 quest. The raid picture gives quite a few info. 2 of which was scholar confirm a healer n summoner a dps. Also there is 3 levels to our limit break

Hey guys i just receive another 2 beta key for OB. Do i need to re-register my existing beta with the new keys as a replacement or are they 2 new extra beta keys? Please advise thank you

the Egi looks pretty cool. Rumours are saying arcanist gonna start as dps, so im pretty curious how arcanist gonna transition to scholar as a healing class hehehe

so glad they fix this, i get hit by it almost everytime lol and when i enter as conjurer it was hell on healing lol.

first i thought i suck at avoiding too but after awhile i think the aoe circle got problem lol since even im no where near it i still get hit hahaha when ob4 is up i hope we can really see the diff

i think u might be having spike lag then, thats y u took all the dmg awhile later in an instant. It does happen sometimes in mmo. i use to play a game call POE, it has a special feature call desync (being sarcastic), this special feature does tis type of nonsense almost everytime u spam a certain skill too long

cant stop them fr goin tonberry lol just hope halfway through they decided to U-turn n join us in masamune lol

if u mean dungeons then is highly unlikely since duty finders r cross servers and u will never ever get a pug fr ur own server unless they party up first before using duty finder. if its fate then u got it wrong as well since most fate can solo, having more ppl around only make it harder. if the players r good they can do those fatebosses with all dps without heal n tank. maybe not at endgame fates but we're talkin about lv50s then

u think all legacy players already max all old jobs meh lol fr what i heard about vers 1, it was a flop then partly because the leveling system is a big screw up and is super difficult to level hence many legacy players last time they couldnt max their job levels, some even jus got stuck at lv30s for their first job then quit the game lol


And btw guys time to download the new benchmark to create our character's look wooooot gonna spend the whole night doing it lol

actually u can only design ur character, u cant actually create it yet. make sure u save the appearance u like
