The version of the game only reflects your subscription and future expansion packs. I advice you to pick United Kingdom as Country Europe as Region for cheaper subscription rates.

It doesnt matter which version you get you can still play in any of the server region. But as above i said advice to get EU and register a EU UK acct for cheaper subscription rate.

In game we can choose any of the region. Majority of the SEA/ocenia players choose JP server for better latency.

The NA and EU servers share the same datacenter which is located in Montreal Canada.
