QUOTE(shojikun @ Aug 6 2013, 06:38 PM) O dear god... Those who order from Zavvi, can please try to reconfirm with your pre-order if you get the pre-order bonus or not. 3 emails to them at different time and all of their replies are standard replies... All of their replies goes like "We can't confirm about your DLC (DLC wtf??), the DLC might come with the product, we will pass this to our xxxx department and they will look into it".Because my PS3 CE didnt get the pre-order bonus... =.=" Anyhow, here's someone that says zavvi.com do have the bonus code, but will only be given when we are close to the launch date... http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/678051-fina...reborn/66580063 |

Well not like we, the Malaysian, have any choice anyway... I pre-ordered the PC CE from zavvi at June, and it cost RM310 inclusive of delivery, with the slight chance of getting preorder bonuses. HeavyArms is offering RM379, delivery happen at least 1 week after the launch date, and 0% chances on bonuses.
If there's any Singaporean or Filipino here, head over to shopto and GAME.co.uk, especially GAME, dirt cheap price with dirt cheap delivery! Both send out code in email the moment you submit the button (both does not support delivery to Msia =.= ) |

QUOTE(kuroneko0509 @ Aug 6 2013, 08:57 PM) I might agree with Shopto being cheap, but definitely not GAME. That shop never launch a game with discounted price aha! £41.99 for PC CE for GAME~ make it the lowest of 3 (zavvi £49.99, shopto £47.86)~ zavvi delivery to Msia cost £14.99, but GAME only cost £4.85~ |

QUOTE(kuroneko0509 @ Aug 6 2013, 09:44 PM) Interesting Oh if you're living in Malaysia, they don't support delivery to here Since the last time I checked it still at £54.99... Time to cancel my Zavvi & order @ GAME ps: i guess this is the 1st time the stuff i wanted to buy in UK is cheap on GAME instead of amazon uk, zavvi or shopto BTW, can someone with existing character please help me post a question for the upcoming live letter on here? : http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com/pl/to...77bd1c2270f5114 The lodestone requires existing character to post on that forum.. another stupid way to 'listen' to player. QUOTE sent by: zavvi. 12 August 2013, 9:05 Hello Edward, Thank you for getting in touch about a bonus code for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn - Collector's Edition. I'm afraid we are not providing our customers with a bonus code for this game. I'm very sorry for any inconvience caused by this. If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help. Kind regards, Holly Zavvi.com Customer Service Team FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! Any other online store that sell PC CE, comes with Early Access, and provide delivery to malaysia?? We can opt out Game and shopto since they don't provide delivery to Msia |

QUOTE Hello Edward, Thank you for getting in touch about the DLC code. I have looked into this again for you, and I can confirm that we were advised that we are not receiving any codes for this game. However, we have since been advised that codes will be provided for this game. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and I can confirm that the codes for this game will be sent out in due course. <--- ( If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help. Kind regards, Lauren Zavvi.com Customer Service Team Apparently a little pressure on them can make them provide us a clearer and more proper answer QUOTE Issue selected - I have a problem with my order Issue details - Other order problem Additional details - Hello, Sorry for keep contacting you guys, but I've received a respond stating that zavvi will not provide pre-order bonus code for this product. Which raise another question: Why was zavvi listed in the Final Fantasy XIV pre-order participating store at the first place? And also someone receive a different reply from the same question here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/678051-fina...reborn/66580063 The reply he got even CONFIRMED that zavvi will be releasing the pre-order code, but only when release date is near. So which one is true? And why is zavvi listed if you guys can't provide pre-order code? Thanks in advance. |

QUOTE(kira-kun @ Aug 14 2013, 08:36 AM) Well if I were you, I wouldn't be happy until I get the code. No choice I did mentioned even JB Hifi which was listed as an official retailer, not providing pre order items. After much complain, they contacted square Enix and could only offer less than 10 pre order codes. Each retailer treats pre order differently and not all get the same perks. If I were, I would cancel and order somewhere I know that will definitely give the items That's my suggestion. So even if they don't have Early Access, I still have to take it... |
