weird.. I am receiving Beta codes for my SQ account email which had been used for the beta p3 (I didnt use the ones I received in my email for my account).. lmao..
will my old account be used again for p4 or I need to re-register?

The earliest you can play(early access) is most probably after the OBT (phase 4)
Phase 4 was predicted to be at the 9th of August.
What do you mean by character creation? can elaborate more? if you're talking about the characters created in phase 4, they will not be deleted when phase 4 ends.

The code will be able to use when they send you an email about the early access (most probably)
