LOL, looking at GST the property price will go up further, it will burst if no more ppl invest and buy which are highly unlikely to happen as our RPGT is still charge based on earning.

Hi . anybody here get 90% loan from UOB?
Uob is the only panel bank for us to qualify for DIBS am i right?

Wat I know UOB offer 85% for max to this project. Cause they also knew that developer given 5% rebate. Some ppl only get offer of 80% even less than tis (some more bought in first launching day in 18/7/2013). Now 2014 at least 10% dp force by government. N legal loan agreement u hv to pay around 8k++ if ur unit 500k++.

offer 80% even less than this since bought on 18/07/2013? would be individual case. Before 1st Jan 2014, everyone would enjoy 90% plus 5% (MRTA and legal fees) if they eligible in good credit.

oh yea? according the UOB staffs, you'll be only entitled for 80% max for every DIBS project under their

panel-ship if this purchase is your 2nd house.......Can anyone clarify?

True for my case. Only entitled for 80% MOF. They don't have any other panel bank for the DIBS offer

As confirmed with the banker, this project is not longer entitled for DIBS.........

Mebbe DIRS by developer themselves.......

CEO...also under employment....................so sapu mane lagi? rclxm9.gif
