Just my opinion, show room unit doesn't affect any decision for purchase a property. Location! Location! is always the best choice for property. So, anyone would able to share on the project location? As i know that the developer will not turn into abandon project due to quite ok for financial background and the land is free encumbrance. But the workmanship is so so based on their previous record, Papalion and Park Avenue 1120. Even management for these condo doesn't good comment from others.
Pro: 1) Easy access (KTM,LRT,KLIA Express, Bus terminal), several highways
2) Low Density (370++ units) in 4 acres of land
3) DIBS still enjoying for 3 years construction
4) 5% up front rebate
5) Freehold

Con: 1) Workmanship is so so
2) price is not cheap (about RM600psf)
3) Maintenance is par to service apartment (RM0.25psf) exclude the car park bays
4) Only one access road to read the guard house and surrounding are kampung small roads

How is our Malaysia market in these 2-3 years? Will it continue uptrend as past 3 years or just stagnant due to over supply in the market. Now everyone is so optimistic for the property market.

For apartment/ condo, besides location, many are are looking at the practical layout.
As some design is not practical and may require alots of renovation to maximise the built up.

Totally agree on the layout, it can make ur unit looks smaller than it shou.d Anyaman layout is quite practical and all squarish
Personally i prefer M size unit as kitchen is enclosed, and the study room at practical size even can fit a single person to stay in the room.

It is depends on your investment time horizon.
I believe that no matter how nice the condo facade and facilities, after 10 years, it'll look dated and not many maintained well..
Therefore in long run, i would say Anyaman, reason is simple, strategic location . Anyaman sits on a transportation hub and it's gonna develop just a matter of time, more so once Putrajaya and Cyberjaya boom..

Location is always good choice for property. Bukit Jalil another booming area for property. Price is going up very fiercely for new launched. People may say that there is another Mont Kiara area.

Hopefully the development of Maju Linq (29 storey of offices) which is near to this project can bring up the rental like the current situation in KL Sentral area. Central Residence is located in between of 2 highways but the accessibility is only via Besraya Highway while this project can access to MRRII and KL Seremban Highway beside Besraya. Furthermore, this project is residential while Central is under commercial, the water and electricity rate might be different.

Walking to maju linq took abt 7 min with sheltered walkway, its not right next door but I wouldnt think its out of reach..

Anyaman , there is a sheltered walkway from anyaman to TBS, LRT , KTM and ERL
I wouldn't say the it's a very short distance , but that's how I prefer it is, short enough to walk, far enough to be away from the noise

Anyone share the project site, how is the development progress? Since the units are selling 80% above, developer should move fast on the development due to absorb DIBS.
