one thing i really don't understand is, those ppl who joined and they get nothing out of this scheme,

so these victims just keep quiet and move on ?

how did they keep their mouth shut ? why these victims never whine or make noise about this? im talking about few thousand of members here 

or they did report, just that authority just          ???
