Yes! It's fast coming down to JB. Yesterday, 3 ppl came to our place to convince us. They brought brochures& a 1 1/2 inch thick photocopied book that shows all sorts of sayings related to one's dreams in life& pictures of helicopter, rolls royce, stash of bank notes, winning cheques, thick gold chain & others. They keep telling us that it's not easy to earn a living nowadays, business is difficult. 1 of the men even boasted that his 21 year old daughter has already made hundreds of thousand& has booked a BMW car. They try to exploit 1 of human's greatest weakness that is GREED.

To those who are interested to invest, my advice is try to watch 'American Greed' on Youtube or channel CSI (732) on Astro. Trust me, the programme will help you better understand how these investment companies work. Good luck!
