I just visited the site today and the view will probably be the best ever you can get in Kuantan. You are directly at the river mouth where you can see fishing boats come in and out, the backdrop is the sea and the beautiful pelindung forest reserve on a nearby hill. At the moment the site is within the old wooden fishing village, but we can expect new developments there soon. The new KPJ hospital is a stones throw away and another sign of high quality development in the area.

The entire project extension into the see might only materialise in a lot later, but that would be no problem for me. At the moment there is another high rise near the sea at Tembeling. Many foreigners renting a reasonably price department stay there, but in my opinion this project would be more attractive to stay: nearer to town, more modern and better quality building, you can actually take a stroll on the beach ( not easily possible from Tembeling).

To sum it up..... I do not think you will soon get a better view/location for any high rise location very near to the city centre.

I did not do any research in the builder or possible returns. This is just my personal feeling about the project.

haha... i am lazy bum... didnt do math to this extend... anyhow... according to my local frens in kuantan... other than for beach side enjoyment... kelantan terengganu and even pahang people will go to kuantan almost every weekend for entertainment... the only slightly developed city on the east coast... left only kuantan itself... with decent malls, cafes and a little KL alike entertainment... he say kuantan city will always jam during the weekend cause of this... seasonal factors would be on the foreign and outstation visitors from the west side... smile.gif smile.gif

is there any new launching for KWRC? the current launching still at tanjung lumpur... left only city view units if not mistaken... the seaview all sold out already.... but its really close to the kuantan town compare to other similar projects...

the last few time i follow my fren to do some market research on our own... generally... weekend the hotels and homestays close to kuantan town... always fully booked... mainly due to the neighboring state need a place for entertainment... and kuantan is closest for them... generally a few homestay i saw thr charging rm200 per night... slightly outskirt... gambang location is a failure... it never an attraction to begin with... the gambang surrounding still so ulu... compare to this one... and the hottest part of kuantan...

block A means you bought the residential one... the GRR offer if not mistaken should be upon VP... the management company will give u a call on the GRR agreement...

if lucky maybe one or two months... if unlucky maybe longer... sometimes the stamping and the coordination with the bankers are the part that take very long time... you can constantly call your lawyer to follow up anyway...

hmmm you can refer to those original seaside high rise in penang or even PD... forgotten the names... the better ones with good facilities still able to command better occupancy rate and better rental yield than the newer ones... and comparably... the newer ones wont have good location compare to the older ones...

its the same concept as this kwrc... they are the first seaside project at kuantan town.... of course u go further up to teluk cempedak or even timor bay... but the location for kwrc is way more strategic and a larger project than them comparably... its a township project anyway...

tower B has always offered GRR scheme from the start however they are more expensive and fully furnished... Tower A's GRR scheme offered by another management company for certain numbers of buyers only with lower price and semi or full furnish options... I dont rmb whether they offer how many types of scheme... or only one scheme...
