Hi, any property sifus here? Just wondering any of you can share ur experience, in 2 years time the value of symphony residence phase one?

Can reach 400sqft at least?

Hope can share ur opinion?

Just a question for the day, how long after we sign the agreement loan with bank representative will we be signing the S&P? One week or two?

Woah! already started paying...

Btw i just signed the S&P yesterday.

1. How long usually we will get the S&P copy back from the lawyer firm ya?
2. After getting the S&P copy from lawyer, we have to pay immediately to the bank?

They automatically deduct meh? My loan is from CIMB. Supposingly they will provide an account for us to bank in the money into the loan account no?

I am yet to receive my SNP copy as well. Same reason as stated. Lawyer said might take longer time than usual. I signed the SNP early November (on 2nd or 3rd if not mistaken).

Hopefully can get the copy by December. sweat.gif smile.gif

BTW When did you signed ya @rukaman?

Dear @rukaman, me too.. Starting to feel concerned and frustrated after no news for so long from either side (lawyer & developer).

Not sure where should we go from here.. Sigh..
