officially non-bumi lot cannot be booking, fully quota already. bumi still can buy for this project.

So far, the info is still vague. It depends the situation-
Loan reject - fully refund
Personal reason - I guess rm 500 admin charges

Hope I m correct. Mr harvey can u pls advise smile.gif

Anyway, I was in Marriott putrajaya buka puasa. The IOI city mall is beside IOi resort and it is very huge development. It advertised on the hoarding said 13 number cinema in this mall. smile.gif

Yes...it will be a very big mall...heard from the officer...the size will be as big as mid valley (exclude The Garden)...;p

Actually subsale landed in Kajang (bukit mewah and its neigbouring area) can still get between 220k - 350k (single storey) and 280 - 450k (double storey) with land area of ~1200 - 1400 sf and freehold.....

So, if search carefully, good buys still avaiable for ikan bilis like us icon_idea.gif Still chance to buy landed cheaper than high rise .... before the current phenomenon of high rise > landed is reversed back to normal.....

Condition still good or need repair --- need to factored in all possible in total deal....

Anyway, the good thing about landed property is you do not depends on your "upstair" neighbour or management office... you can decide how / when you want to repair or renovate.... You have more direct influence on how your property's conditions would look like... instead depending on managment office to decide when to paint... whether others are paying mainenance fees...etc.... We are more in control....
