Prince pappy, how's your PD trip? Saw in the Star on Saturday (letters to the editor section), some ppl bring their furkids to swim in PD but was chased away by the local council. Hope nothing like that happened to you guys.

You mean Haley's paws are big is it? If a Retriever is big boned, their paws also big de ma.

But since they didn't cut off his tail, I think Haley looks like a Labrador now. Very cute colouring. If you don't tell anyone that he have rotti blood, everyone will think he's a Labbie.

When you bathe her, try not to get water or shampoo into her eyes because it'll scare her. Later when she grows up, she'll be afraid of bath. I guess the best thing to do is to lift her head up and gently pour water on her forehead. I always teach this to my Abby and Chelsea, so now everytime they bathe I will say "head high high" and they will lift their head by themselves.

If I'm not mistaken, the Eukanuba kibbles are sold for RM150-ish for a 15kg bag. I buy California Natural for my furkids, and a 16kg bag costs RM148.

Prince pappy, I will join you guys for JT but I'm not bringing Abby. Her back paw still looks raw, I don't want to aggravate it - So I will go alone lu.

We planning KKB trip on Oct 13th. Everyone make sure you're free that weekend.

I think Abby stepped on some thorn or something, and she kept licking her back paw and nibbling at it. So now very raw. Bring her to vet last Sunday and he gave us some antibiotic cream. I prefer to wait at least a week for her paw to heal before bringing her to JT. Coz if her paw ngam ngam heal, dunwan it to split open again.

Anyway, Prince pappy, I might bring my friend along ar. She don't have furkids but want to join.

@ShadowR1 : I think should be not problem. Last time when my Chelsea was a pup, she gets watery 'ngan si' also but not a lot la. Maybe wait for Hun or someone with more experience to come in to explain.

Later on Saturday when I go out, Abby will bark like mad coz want to follow. Some more promise her go bring her meet friend friend....

Do not feed your furkid with chicken bones. I repeat : DO NOT feed your furkid with chicken bone. Those cartiledge is ok but never ever give thigh bones to your furkid. My aunt's furkid choked to death when they feed him with a kfc drumstick. I told them not to but they say, "aaah, dogs can eat bone one". Now the poor thing die already....

Saaaaaaame la. My Abby and Chelsea also like that, especially Chelsea.

Nope, I won't be bringing her along to JT but will bring her on Sunday though.

Although at 9 mths old, he's still a pup. Give him some time le... It takes a lot of patience and love to properly train your furkids. Furthermore, you need to be strict but gentle. I've seen some ppl yelling and shouting at their furkids when they poo/pee in the house - this is not the proper way to train.

Last time my Chelsea also like this. Later I just put the food there and refuse to feed her by hand, then only she begin to eat herself.

As for Abby - vaccum cleaner also. But sometimes if I have nothing to do, I will give her a handful of kibbles and feed her one kibble at a time. She still layan me and eat. Sometimes use the same trick when I teach her treats.

XcCude, don't underfeed the pup ar. Even if they say two cups, make sure it's the right measurement. I've seen some ppl use those small plastic cups as a measuring cup for their furkid.

Last time my brother's Cisco also very picky eater but since my brother started doing the 'eat or don't eat' trick on him, Cisco started to change liao. Now is part time vaccum cleaner - sometimes sapu, sometimes don't.

Guys, this Sat's trip I think I cannot make it. Sick until want die.

I'm going back now. Yesterday vomit whole day, my boss tell me to go home early.

Yealor. Last week whole weekend feeling moody, then got food poisoning, then have to send my sis-in-law for checkup.

Now no more food poisoning, checkup reschedule to another day and now... FREE TO GO KKB!! Whoot!

Aiye... you have to before ar. Last time my bro bring his furkids (shih tzu) go kai kai and open the window a bit. Then his furkid stepped on the power window and jumped out of his car. Luuuuucky he's not driving fast. My brother screamed like hell before emergency break.

Ever since then, he won't let his furkids near the window and lock the power window button.

If Abby's hungry, she'll walk to her bowl and flip it to make a lot of noise. Other time is when she wants to go out to pee/poo, she'll scratch the gate and kept looking at us.

But have any of you guys encounter this before? Last time I was boiling soup and forgot all about it and watch tv. When it overflow, Abby kept barking and running from kitchen to hall and bark non-stop. Lucky she bark, if not later my house hangus liao.

I still remember your Prince chai stealing the KFC from my mom leh. Keep jumping jumping until bite the KFC. Naughty but very cute.
