I feel that comparing the price the partially furnished unit and bare unit is not that appropriate.. And the interests that have paid also should not be counted in the difference.. Thata what the bank earn not them tho..

Actually i feel its about the same distance from ohako and parc ville. The proposed link bridge will be built at a malay kampung area.. Which is accessible the back road from ohako, and also jalan tiong.. But the jam may be possible too coz gonna passby the secondary school and primary school.

My agent provide 8+2+2% for block A. Block b no additional discount. Also just signed SNP. Previously signed one alrdy but ioi rejected as they have issued CCC so have to use another agreement instead of hda. :/
