not necessary bad buy..... active thread doesnt mean good buy either.... just that this project doesnt need much feedback in the forum... or the buyers mostly not forum surfer.....

Huh? IOI also will do such things? how about the size? same as block A... even ohako launched their block B at higher price given the project past reputation... still doing quite well...

actually I am not sure whether there is rules to protect the early buyers or not in this kind of case... by right private projects... government have not much intervention on how they set their price... by doing so... IOI have to throw out their reputation just to close the sales... seems desperate for them... whereas some small to medium developers still increasing their price for the new phase... but usually offering more discount... still higher than phase 1 at least... sorry to hear that IOI will treat u early buyers this way....

just concern the extra cost that needed to be incur if you wanna stand strong with the developer from legal point of view... they have the money to drag this matter to you... considering the economy now... they rather win u in a lawsuit than compensate u on the amount u expecting for... blush.gif blush.gif

the new bridge link will be build for this area... going out using the bridge will be easing the traffic a little bit...

I stay around Jln Pipit. Therefore, I wish to get a unit (between parc ville, twinz or ohako). It will be really near to my current house. The Havre @ BJ seems hot, but unfortunately is near HTC. I am looking at Trinity Aqua too, nice concept. hmm.gif

trinity aquata... their exisisting unit... pricing lowest from how much... i think ohako will be the better price one in this area... cope with their design all those...

koi kinrara i think the best for ROI in that area... the other condos SNP pricing so high.... you wont get any decent rental yield...

the cons are subjective to different person... every buyer have different concern... you see bukit jalil so damn high density and their condos are not cheap also... ppl still BBB like no tomorrow... follow your heart on this matter... the cons for this area i think is getting repetitive to be mention again either in ohako, twinz, koi kinrara and parc ville thread....

maybe they will come out with better package next month or next year to clear it off... I think this project are the closest to VP as compare to other projects surrounding... but in term of the new link... Ohako will be the nearest... u might need jam abit to reach that bridge... haha...
