Starting price at 670K+ too high, of course b/up also big at 1200+sft, if the entry prices are below 600K I think probably more than 80% would have been taken up long time ago.

When I asked the SA why the sales progress is poor, she admitted that it was due to the location and poor accessibility & the fact that quite many new high rise are coming up nearby.

If min price is around 670K+, nett would be around 636K, so psft is 518psft considered quite cheap oredi! The layout of the units are OK and not too high density, it is only the location that is a big disadvantage.

Show unit open for viewing. Tot this project launched quite long ago, why now only the show unit is ready? Because of slow sales???
